Oprah Tuesday~Past Life Regressions

I was very pleased that Oprah hosted a show on this topic. I'm glad to see her stepping into the not-so-mainstream of New Age Metaphysics. I read Dr. Weiss' "Many Lives, Many Masters" many years ago, and was impressed with the way he imparts the information. He's written 4 or 5 subsequent books, all of which are written with heart and vision. I have been fortunate to meet and talk with him individually, and in person he is very much how we see him on television. I thought Dr. Mehmet Oz was a delightful guest on the topic -- his excitement and enthusiasm, and obviously open mind and heart, really livened up the show.

I did experience a past life regression about 15 years ago, about 6 years into my conscious awakening. It was much as Dr. Weiss says, it felt as though I could get up and leave the room at any time. I was extremely relaxed and present the entire time. I think I experienced two lives, one as a young, destitute filthy washer woman (my sense was in was in the 1500's) and one as a teenaged boy (16?) in 1600's Massachusetts. Nothing earth shattering.

My husband (at that time) was horrified that I would open my self up to demonic possession. I didn't feel that way at all.

I'd do it again.
