Hi Members! Mary Krombel of Jolly Mystic Web Design specializes in working with those in Alternative, Holistic, Metaphysical and Spiritual professions. People in these areas tend to have a particular set of characteristics when it comes to doing business in the mostly left-brained Web world and often don't do themselves alot of favors when it comes to getting technical. ALL THINGS PSYCHIC ~ Come learn, share and enjoy the connection with your psychic self... We will get together from 2pm-6pm and engage in many psychic activities intended to ignite and expand our natural psychic abilities. We will work in pairs, in groups, and in a circle. You can come for the four hours, or arrive and go whenever you wish.
If you have a specific tool, or ability you would like to share with the group, please let me know so I can include in in the agenda.
Please bring any psychic tool you have been working with including Tarot cards, pendulums, and such.
Whatever your skill or however long you stay you will benefit from this group experience while learning new things, gaining new perspectives into your own abilities, and meeting some awesome people.
For a small fee you can also book a Psychic reading, a Tarot or Angel card reading, and/or an IHM (Indian Head Massage) with the professionals on site. There is a $10 general admission for the 4 hours at the LightHouse between 2pm and 6pm. Many of you have been asking when I would be available for readings again and I will be on-site giving readings throughout this session ! This is a joint session with and sponsored by the Fairfax Psychic Development group and will be an enlightening day together. The general attendance fee of $10 goes to the Light House and you can pay directly at the door. You can book readings and private sessions either in advance by rsvping with me on this site with a preferred time between 2pm and 6pm or else on the spot while there. However, to avoid having to wait, I'd recommend reserving in advance - the slots on this day are 15 minutes and 30 minutes. Relive yesteryear with live period music and truly delicious samples of food from the Victorian era. The earliest days of Modern Spiritualism often centered around the séance table. Since that time, tradition holds that mental mediumship takes place in a home circle, while physical mediumship takes place in a séance circle. The Founders of Spiritualism explored the séance as a means of deep and profound transformation and revelation. They came from every religious denomination, united in their search for enlightenment, and preparing the world for the emergence of the Fox Sisters’ astonishing communications with Spirit. Join us as Carl Davis, an accomplished player of the Gongs from St. Louis, leads us into a unique sound experience! In 1991, Carl was inspired to go to China to study with the Buddhist Priests at the Shaolin Temple. While there, meditating on one of the three mountains, a small "ancient" looking monk appeared and told him of an instrument that heals by vibration and sound. He further stated that over 6,000 years ago the wise ones of the earth had mastered the art of healing with vibrations created by instruments similar to the gongs that can still be found in temples throughout the orient. However, the art of combining the harmonic energies of the instrument to heal had been lost. The ancient one offered to teach him this art if he would agree to create the instrument. He would be shown how to create the healing sound patterns that the instrument was capable of generating, and asked to serve as a teacher of this lost art in the western world.. I've been listening to his CD all week and it's mesmerizing. The shimmering and softly rhythmic sounds are penetrating with healing effects at a deep level. We will be chanting with the planet at the lunch hour on this day with group members from DC Chant & Sound meetup as well, if you'd like to join us there to prime yourself for this evening event! The renowned Reverend B. Anne Gehman continues her series on “Who are these Spiritualists?” These fascinating classes delve deeper into Spiritualism and cover the science, philosophy and religion of Spiritualism. Among the topics to be shared are Auras, magnetic, psychic and spiritual healing, discussion of the afterlife, soul development and communication with guides. Following the lecture and discussion each week, there will be a guided meditation with exercises designed to assist students with their spiritual unfoldment. They series for the month starts this Thursday evening, Feb. 5th and continues each Thursday evening in February at 7:30pm for a total of 4 consecutive Thursdays. The series for the month is $120. Classes may not be paid for individually.

Hello Members! I hope you are all enjoying the beginning of the Holiday season! I have meetups lined up for us in January, February and March on discussions on Atlantis, Animal Reiki and more. I'll be posting them soon. We won't meet in December, so I wish all of you the Happiest of Holidays in the coming weeks!
For those of you who are interested in Natural Law and follow the Law of Attraction, the Law of Vibration or any others (there are dozens more that most people have not heard of), I thought I would post information on this workshop coming up on Saturday, December 6th at the Center for Spiritual Enlightenment. I find Natural Law to be endlessly fascinating and will be there. I hope to see some members again and meet some of our newest members too!

The Center for Spiritual Enlightenment has been having a series on physical phenomena for those who are interested. This workshop will showcase one type of paranormal phenomena. Rev. B. Anne Gehman will explain the relationship between magnetics and healing energy, and will teach participants how to use their mind to bend soft metals.
