I would keep the meal cost as low as possible, but unlike La Madeleine, restaurants would expect everyone there to order in exchange for a private room in the back.. La Madeleine has reduced the number of chairs and we're outgrowing the space. Also I'd like to find a place with easier parking and closer to a Metro, etc.... the Community rooms close early on Sunday, so we'd have to meet at 1 or 2 for a couple of hours as I have the DC Psychic group afterwards to meet with... Or the cost of a conference room would depend on the number of attendees and would be divided evenly among those present.
