Suzanne Powell, LMT, has worked for several years with various modalities including Cranial Sacral, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Bach Flowers, Aqua Chi Detox Footbath and Core Belief Repatterning. She will be talking to us about Cranial Sacral Balancing?explaining the body-mind connection which taps into our body's innate ability to release deeply held structural-emotional patterns - recently acquired or life-long conditions from injury, trauma, etc. She will explain her belief that patterns within the DNA are held over from past lives and may contribute to current emotional patterns. Craniosacral modality incorporates light touch and support to assess and address movement of the cerebrospinal fluid throughout the spinal structures, brain, dura mata and cranial bones. She will present that since all cells contain a memory of the body's transition from balance to dysfunction, tapping into the Cranial Sacral System allows the body to "unwind" the pattern of imbalance, thus helping to bring the body-mind structure into natural alignment.
