Come and join Jim and Roxanne of Sacred Hoop Ministry for a day of joyful exploration and experiential self empowerment.

The Shamanic Journey is the basis of all Shamanic teachings and practices and has been used for the past 30-40,000 years. Jim and Roxanne have trained hundred of individuals how to experience the Shamanic Journey over the past few years and are excited about this opportunity to share this ancient indigenous practice with you.
This class will run from 10:30 AM until 5:00-5:30 PM (with a short lunch break).

The cost is $45.00 per person and $25 for all military personal and students with ID.
If money is an issue please call and discuss alternatives with Jim and Roxanne.

The Shamanic Journey is a "trance like state" where the Shaman travels to non-ordinary reality to meet with his or her helping, compassionate spirit guides and power animals. Every culture had their way of achieving this state, from trance dancing, plant medicines and the sound of the drum.

We use the rapid percussion sound of the Shamanic Drum beat, which helps bridge the right and left hemispheres of the brain to achieve the brain frequencies that open inner vision.

During a Journey, learn to open your awareness with the beat and vibration of the Shamanic Drum beat and explore the un-seen realms that surround us all. Experience the shifts that occur in these other dimensional realities, bring back information and knowledge to help you shift how you see the world and yourself.

Meet your power animals, spirit guides and teachers that will give you answers to your questions and assist you on your earth walk. Join us and learn how to bring this ancient spiritual practice into your life and watch it change how you experience the world.

After this workshop you will be able to join the Intermediate Journey Groups we hold The First Thursday evening of the month at The Colorado Ecospiritual Center in Old Colorado City and The Third Friday of the month at the Sacred Hoop Ministry Yurt.

Roxanne Roberts has been studying with Sandra Ingerman and the Foundation for Shamanic Studies for over 13 yrs, & is listed at www.shamanicteachers.com as an approved instructor and practitioner. Jim Haggins is a Shamanic Drummer and Practitioner who has worked with Roxanne for the past 4 years.
