Learn the beautiful art form of T'ai Chi Ch'uan. Through various applications of Ch'i Kung and specific T'ai Chi movements we will cultivate inner stillness and optimum Ch'i flow for balance of body, mind and spirit. Ta'i Chi means "supreme ultimate" as it is considered the most complete form of Ch'i Kung. Ta'i Chi enables one, not only to cultivate inner stillness, but to bring this balance into the world by awakening one's ability to maintain inner strength and balance, regardless of external situations. Everyone can practice T'ai Chi, regardless of ailments or restrictions and its physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits are endless.

We welcome all levels of experience. Just learning or curious to master level of many Reiki Lineage or other healing schools. This mixed modality group is geared to intuitive styles and is not very Reiki traditional.

This discussion group is the core idea for the beginning of "Energy of the Generations" We talk about the complex energy connections between ourselves, our children and our parents to understand our families in a new way. Are your children draining your energy by cording your third chakra? What can your guides tell you to help you understand your parents? Do you have knowledge of how energy works that you wish to share with others? Are you a newcomer to metaphysics and relationships? This group is open to all to learn and explore the connections with our families.
