Vibrational Sound Therapy and Meditation using crystal and Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, drums, rattles, rain sticks. Many instruments will be available for your use. You do not have to know how to use the instruments. This is a healing session using vibration to relieve stress, anxiety, nervousness, depression and not being able to focus. It is also used to relieve energy blockages and bring a person to a calm, peaceful state. Children must be accompanied by at least one parent. Wear comfortable clothes. 2 hour event.
